If a client refunds or cancels within 30 days of their first payment, that commission is reversed. What you earn depends on the deals you close.

You need at least 10 hours a week and you must be able to take calls on weekdays, roughly 9am to 3pm Mountain Time. Anything less and the calendar will not work for you.
No resume. GoHighLevel experience helps but is not required. Paid closing experience on calls is required.
