Ad Scaling ("we", "us") runs this page to hire closers. This policy explains what we collect when you apply and how we use it.
The details you type in the application (name, email, optional phone number, country, your answers), your recorded voice answer or the video link you paste, and basic technical data such as your browser type and the link that brought you here.
To review your application, score it, contact you about it, book and run interviews, and improve how we hire. Your answers are scored with the help of automated software. A person at Ad Scaling reviews borderline applications and makes every hiring decision. We do not sell your information.
Our team and the tools we use to run hiring (our CRM, our automation and transcription services). Your voice answer is transcribed by a third-party speech service so we can read it.
We email you about your application. If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your interview. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Applications that do not move forward are kept for up to 12 months so we can reach out if a spot opens, then deleted. To see, correct or delete your information sooner, email team@adscaling.co.
